The Pittsburgh Concert Society's Major auditions were held on April 20 and 21, 2007. The adjudicator was Dean Stephen Clapp of the Juilliard School. Dean Clapp chose the following musicians who will be presented in concert in the fall and who will each receive an honorarium of $1000:

Jonathan Katz, piano

Marco Sartor, guitar
