The PCS 2010 Major auditions were held April 16 and 17, 2010. The adjudicator was Joel Lester, Dean, Mannes College of Music. Dean Lester chose the following winners listed in alphabetical order:
Becky Billock, piano
Linda Fischer, violin and viola
Catherine Gregory, flute
Eunice Keem and Vahan Sargsyan, violin and piano duo
Thomas Wible, flute / piccolo
Raquel Winnica Young, Mezzo soprano
Each winner will be presented in a formal concert in the fall of 2010 and will receive $1000.00 Banswanger award.
Further information will be posted on the PCS web site as soon as scheduling of the fall concerts is finalized.
