The Ab-So-Flutely Amazing Quartet is comprised of sophomores Lacey Pribanic and Anna Qin along with freshmen Nia Hanington and AJ Schmidt, all students at Franklin Regional High School. The quartet was formed in the spring of 2020 and is under the direction of Dan Parasky of Parasky Flute Studios. The quartet has been focused on community outreach, playing at various school functions, local fundraisers, as well as performances at special events such as the Frick Winterfest. While each of the members are award winning, accomplished young flutists individually, they are looking forward to continuing to share their passion for music with the community, as well as auditioning for various other regional and national small ensemble performances throughout the remainder of their high school years. Anna, Nia, and AJ are private flute students of Mr. Dan Parasky while Lacey is a student of Mr. Carl Adams.
