Adrian Rollett

Baritone

Adrian Rollett was born in Los Alamos, New Mexico in 1979, and started singing in various choirs at age 5. His formal vocal instruction began at age 15 with Donna Curry, a teacher of Cornelius Ried's Bel Canto method. Adrian is a graduate of the School of Music at Carnegie Mellon University, holding a degree in Vocal Performance. He studied voice there with Anne Kopta and Douglas Ahlstedt. He is very active in the Pittsburgh music scene, having performed with The Pittsburgh Camerata, East Liberty Presbyterian Church, the Opera Theatre of Pittsburgh, the Carnegie Mellon Contemporary Ensem-ble, the Carnegie Mellon Concert Choir, and many others. He performed with I Solisti di Lucca last summer, as the youngest member of a group of concert soloists presented in recitals around Tuscany. He most recently performed with the Carnegie Mellon Opera Theatre program as the Forester in Leos Janacek's The Cunning Little Vixen, and Pubblio in Mozart's La Clemenza.
