Jessica Snyder graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chatham University in December 2012. She was a Minna Kaufman Ruud Scholar and studied under Dr. Kelly Lynch and Walter Morales. While attending Chatham University she received two awards for excellence in music, the William J. Strassburger Music Award and the Mihail Stolarevsky Award for Excellence in Music, Arts and the Humanities or Science. She has performed in the choruses of three operas with Undercroft Opera Company and last year received an honorable mention from the Pittsburgh Concert Society’s Young Artist Competition. She continues to cantor for Divine Mercy Parish in Beaver Falls every Sunday.
