Zhaoliang Du, Albert Du in English, is sixteen years old and has studied piano for 11 years, the last six with Professor Hanna Li. Albert also sings in his school choir and plays bass in the Mt Lebanon High School Orchestra. Albert has been a semi finalist at the Cincinnati World Piano Competition and has performed in the lobby of Heinz Hall and on the Steinway Society series.
Albert’s hobbies include playing tennis, jamming with friends, playing ping-pong, rollerblading, break dancing, playing kendama, practicing kung fu, teaching himself other skills, such as playing violin or guitar or cooking, and occasionally playing video games
