PCS 2021 Major Auditions Winners
The 2021 PCS Major auditions were conducted via video submission. The adjudicator was Thomas Novak, Vice President and Provost, New England Conservatory. Mr. Novak selected the following winners:

Results of the PCS 2021 Young Artists Auditions

PCS had to resort to video applications this year. Those applications were sent to Thomas Novak, Vice President and Provost, New England Conservatory, who selected the following winners:

The PCS 2019 Major auditions were held on April 12 and 13. The adjudicator was Alan Fletcher, Aspen Music Festival and School president and CEO. Mr. Fletcher selected the following winners who will be featured in concert in fall:

PCS 2019 Young Artists Auditions
The PCS 2019 Young Artists auditions were held on March 9. The adjudicator was Alan Fletcher, Aspen Music Festival and School President and CEO.
Mr. Fletcher selected the following winners:
Nathan Magley, clarinet. He is a student of Thomas Thompson and attends Pittsburgh CAPA.
Aaron Berger, violin. He is a student of Hong-Guang Jia and attends Taylor Allderdice High School.
William Wang and J. Oliver Choo, violin and piano duo.
William Wang, violin, is a student of Monique Mead and attends North Allegheny Senior High School.
J. Oliver Choo, piano, is a student of Marina Lupinacci and attends Fox Chapel Area High School.
The duo is coached by Marina Lupinacci

Futen Wang, viola, is a student of Marylène Gingras-Roy and attends North Allegheny Senior High School

Yunshu Li, cello, is a student of Katya Janpoladyan and attends North Allegheny Intermediate High School.
The quartet is coached by Charles Stegeman and Jeremy Black.
Amanda Kengor, harp, a student of Jing-I Jang and is home schooled.
Skyler Moon, harp, is a student of Gretchen van Hoesen and attends North Catholic High School.
Maine Hoppo and Sora Hoppo, violin and piano duo.

The Besozzi Trio at the Johnstown Music Series
Every year, the Johnstwon Music Series selects a winner of the Pittsburgh Concert Society's Major auditions to perform at one of their concerts. This year, the Besozzi trio, XiangJi and Daniel Muller, saxophone and Hyun Joo Park, piano, were selected to perform on October 27 at 7:30.
